Get out your jars of spices and head for the garden or the local arboretum and grocery store (be a little circumspect when in the store - as always, should you or any of your Force be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions). If nothing else, a review of the chart will give you an idea of what the highly imaginative authors of wine tasting notes are talking about when, for example they say a wine presents an aroma of "red fruit." Chances are you'll smell way less than half of what the tasting notes say can be detected.
