Classmates. I am excited to assume responsibilities of Class mini reunion chairperson. Taking much input from President Cam and all-purpose player G Bell, let me propose some interim ideas. Micro reunions (only takes two to tango) should be cultivated as they are feasible, can happen nationally and with minimal planning. Such reports would generate a more continuous '68 buzz and update classmate activity. Also, we are reaching age where macho outdoor bucket listings may have to segue into cultural venues, like SxSW in Austin, Smithsonian tours in DC, civil war battlefield tours, Newport, Montreal or other jazz festival, Tanglewood festival, Chicago museum tours, foodie festival. I know this is flight of perhaps imperfect ideas, but better ones may grow organically. These nonathletic themes may draw wider significant other participation and obviate undue expense. In fact, if not simultaneously, themed mini reunions could be held at multiple locations across country, a midwest, NE, pacific coast etc events. Stay safe, my friends, and I welcome comments and suggestions, especially those better than mine. Contact me anytime by email or 313-204-2470. Norman
